We offer returns for select items, while others are non-returnable: Customers may initiate a return of cargo trousers ONLY within 14 days of receiving the item. To manage your return, please visit your account, where you will find the necessary instructions. We provide the return for you, note that a return processing fee of £3.99 will be deducted from your refund. Due to the nature of our denim items and the customisability of these products, we do not offer exchanges or refunds on any denim. We understand that this policy may differ from what you might expect, but it enables us to uphold a diverse size range and cater to your specific sizing needs.

Changes to Orders: Once an order has been placed, changes cannot be made as our production process begins immediately. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
Pre-orders: You may request the cancellation of pre-order items up to 48 hours before the pre-order closing date (request by emailing our customer service team at customercare@sainteatelier.com). However, once this period has elapsed, cancellations cannot be accommodated, as we will have already reserved the required product for your order.
